Live... At The Experience 2013

... At one point during The Experience, Don Moen made us worship God in a whole new way with him playing the keyboard and later, the violin.
A couple of other artistes had performed before him. I enjoyed worshipping God with their songs but amidst the "enjoyment", I had a couple of questions niggling my head and they became stronger when Donnie McClurkin was performing...

  •          What is that thing so special about our God that will make thousands of people from all works of life assemble in a historic ground simply to praise and worship Him?

  •          What is that thing so special about our God that makes knees so weak when worship that we don't know when they bow to the ground?

  •          What is that thing so special about our God that tears flows when true worship is going on?
  •          What is that thing so special about our God that makes Frank Edwards sing on such "crazy" notes?

  •          What is that thing so special about our God that makes Sammy Okposo never want to stop praising and worshipping God "wellu wellu"?

  •         What is that thing so special about our God that makes Tye Tribett want to go totally "nuts" on the stage with some really amazing dance -steps?

  •          What is that thing so special about our God that Don Moen never stops singing "Thank You Lord" every year he comes for this programme?

  •          What is that thing so special about our God that makes the 'Midnight Crew" never want to stop calling him Igwe?

  •          What is that thing so special about our God that makes these international artistes want to find and learn how we (Nigerians) worship God in our famous languages?

  •          What is that thing so special about our God that makes the drummer go crazy once that song comes alive?

  •          No matter the name of the artiste announced, what is that thing so special about our God that will make people scream with their voices and whistles like they don't know what else to do when a particular song is raised?

  •          What is so special about our God that makes people from different denominations of Churches congregate in a place, sing and scream together??

*sigh*

The questions can't stop coming, they are just too much...

What I do know is that if you can answer these questions, you have found what you are created for and by our Lord Jesus Christ's grace, you are saved in his name.

The answer is not far-fetched; It's simply because our God is ‘totally’ incomprehensible. He's just unique like that...
Aha, another question - "How is God "Aribiti Arabata" and “Arugbo ojo etc?”

*sigh*

Our Lord is Just So Wonderful, He deserves this kind of praise and worship every single day.

He just keeps me stunned and forever wanting to be in His presence.

So, as long as I have breath I'll just keep praying, praising and worshipping God - the Jehovah mekoddishkem, El Elyon, the El Shaddai, the Arugbo Ojo, the Aribiti Arabata, the Igwe of the universe.

A question for you: "Are you just going to ponder on those questions or would you alongside the pondering find a way to never stop Worshipping God.” Selah!
Remember though, that true Worship is done in Spirit and in Truth. True worship isn't just about lifting Holy Hands but by having a right heart, it's an act of reverence, it's a fellowship and communion between a true believer and God. Worship can and should be our lifestyle as Christians.
Forget songs, artist and lyrics; Worship and praise God with your heart aided by your born-again Spirit in your everyday life. LET YOUR LIFE GIVE GLORY TO GOD, LET YOUR WHOLE BEING, YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE WORSHIP GOD. PRAISE GOD WITH YOUR HEART,WORDS,SONGS,DANCE,ACTIONS,THOUGHTS - WITH YOUR LIFE.

SHALOM!
